First GA held in Bourget-du-Lac

On 11-12 June 2025 the first general assembly meeting of HiHELIOS was held at the headquarters of project coordinator in Bourget du Lac!

In the beginning of the first day, the 4 use cases were presented by the leading partners Vito, Uno-X Mobility and DAFNI! The collection of power system data to run the EMS, PMS and BMS developed in the project was discussed.

Then an overview of the work completed and the activities foreseen in the next 6 months concerning the development of the hybrid energy storage system (HESS) (requirements, design, modeling, assembly-manufacturing, operations) was provided.

The day was concluded with a workshop about use of data across project activities and system components by Flanders Make.

In the second day, the project progress and next steps regarding the demonstration of the HESS demonstration, exploitation and communication of project results were discussed.

Additionally, a tour in their laboratories was offered by CEA. In the second half of the day, the consortium transfered to the facilities of Energy Pool, located nearby (technolac area) where they were welcomed by Fabien Voisin, COO, Jean-Pierre Duchatel, Head of Software and Microgrid Business Line and Marion PERRIN, Research Director.

The 2-day meeting was concluded with 2 workshops on :

• bibliographic survey

• exploitation of project results
